After creating a lakeside residential community the developer became aware that the residents weren’t utilising the lake for recreation, as they weren’t sure of the water’s quality and allowable/safe use. My role was to research and develop a message strategy, along with its tone, graphic direction, and physical form, to inform the lakeside users of the good news.
