After wanting to call my design venture Airport (for various reasons but mainly for the black and yellow arrow opportunities), and being rejected by the Office of Fair Trading, I went back to the drawing board and The Letter D bubbled to the top, clinched by a poem in Design Week. It spawned a whole ecosystem of design applications and experiments, from printed graphics to the built and digital environment, and eventually grew a publishing partner called Capital P. I met many talented individuals along the way, all of who helped bring the content in this website to life.
