A bespoke die-cut swing tag for Vetwell to promote their online shop, complete with a subtle $ sign for an extra touch of retail.
A quick website refresh has been uploaded for Vetwell while a content management system is being developed, allowing multiple practices to update various content across the site.
The Letter D’s studio snorer graced the cover of Vetwell‘s latest client newsletter, that will also be distributed across north western Brisbane as an insert in the North-West News.

Vetwell asked The Letter D to come up with a grooming promotion to be sent out with their client vaccination reminders in DL envelopes.
To imply the one-time only offers, a voucher concept was developed that could easily slip into the folded A4 vaccination reminder.

With a number of local practices around Brisbane, Vetwell were looking to create a connection across the group, and asked The Letter D to review their practice signage.
All practice information has been re-ordered and moved to the non-opening door or glazing, with a good ol’ swing panel for the Open / Closed sign, adding a friendly touch.

A new range of name badges has been developed for the staff at Vetwell.

Vetwell asked The Letter D to develop a newsletter to keep their clients up to date with practice news.
We took the opportunity to develop it as a vehicle for explaining the Vetwell story – as a collective of local vets – producing separate publications for two initial locations, with general pet advice written by staff from both practices, as a way of promoting the collective idea.

The Letter D turned architectural with Vetwell needing a façade treatment for their practice in Mitchelton – an old building from the 60s.
The rear consulting rooms are also being redeveloped, with real architects Owen and Vokes inserting a light tower – stay tuned.

With a restrained street frontage by local architects Owen and Vokes, Vetwell‘s Alderley practice signage needed a considered treatment to maintain the architectural intent.
The Letter D has been responsible for rolling out the Vetwell identity across their small group of local practices, with more to come…
