In keeping with the combined client Christmas gift for Queensland Veterinary Specialists and Pet Emergency, this year’s response split the greeting into the game of tic tac toe, to keep local practice kitchens in game mode.

T-shirts were required for Pet Emergency‘s end of year break-up, with the brief being to note the surge in paralysis tick cases this year.

Their identity’s typeface, Vag Rounded, was tweaked to suit this monospaced application.

Queensland Veterinary Specialists were looking to produce a combined end of year gift with Pet Emergency and asked The Letter D to develop a teatowel for clients’ kitchens.

We proposed using an age old adage, mixing in both identities so that they would both be visible, whichever way the teatowel was hung.

Pet Emergency (also known as Pet ER) were looking to build a broader public presence and asked The Letter D to develop their website.

Given the two main users would be those in an emergency and those simply browsing details, a map-based contact point was developed, that taps into the iPhone’s Maps app, for ease of navigation en route, in an emergency.

QVS / Open Day / 06.05.2009

Queensland Veterinary Specialists were taking part in a local vet practice’s open-day and asked The Letter D to develop a large signage panel for the team to stand near.

A foldout flyer was also produced so that visitors had something to take with them.

PET / Allstars Conference / 24.09.2008

The Pet Emergency centre run by Queensland Veterinary Specialists held a conference for their alumni from the last ten years and asked The Letter D to develop a suite of collateral for the event.

Taking the rounded square elements from their identity, an overall conference identity was developed, with ten squares for ten years.

Everything from projection screens, name tags, programs to an overall DVD was produced.
