The upcoming exhibition for Ari Jewellery is based on Ari’s use of material off-cuts in her work.
In keeping with the collaborative nature of the collateral we asked Ari to cut out the title of the show, from black card, and we used the off-cuts on the reverse as the support graphic.

The content managed website for Coop uses a Flash interface to allow some subtle animation to take place between the 3 main sections. Take it for a spin…

After the unfortunate demise of her old laptop, Ari Athans needed to update her client database and asked The Letter D to develop a strategy to also promote the new webmail system – keeping clients updated on Exhibitions, and the latest jewels from her travels. Hence the good ol’ postcard.

Continuing the roll-out of the updated identity for interior design studio Coop, The Letter D has developed custom envelopes, complete with their own security pattern, to ward off prying eyes. Their website is also underway…

The DIA in association with Architectural Information Services was looking to setup a biannual event to showcase a range of suppliers products to interior design professionals, and asked The Letter D to develop the identity and launch collateral.
The name Equinox was developed with a circular symbol to convey a year, with May and September highlighted.

The interior design studio Coop, setup by Rowena Cornwell, was after an overall refresh and asked The Letter D to have a look at their graphic output and devise a strategy to implement a change.
The logotype was based on hens in a coop, and what started out as a subtle tweak took a Wiener Werkstätte turn with a supporting pattern developed using their old rooster.
This new style has been implemented right through the studio, from invoicing and tenders, to stationery and a website.

Ari Athans best describes her jewellery as ‘devastatingly simple’. With the gallery’s interior fitout epitomising this approach it was essential that the gallery’s website maintains this style.
By developing a platform that enables Ari’s own photos of her jewellery to take centre stage, the result is an extension of the gallery’s exhibition space in keeping with her design ethos.
The distinctive identity was optimised for screen resolution, with an updated typeface to be implemented across the signage and new exhibition collateral.
