After numerous requests, which we thank all for their interest and persist… sorry patience, we have finally been able to compile Font Airport using FontStruct‘s tools.
The upper and lower cases overlap to enable the full matrix to take shape in two tones, for those who are inclined to give it a whirl.
Whilst waiting in airport lounges listening to second hand music from the person’s iPod in the seat beside me, I found something to pass the time…
Font Airport is an interpretation of the information displays found in, well airports, and by maintaining a set matrix, a few oddities emerge. I like to call these nuances as they give the font a distinguishing character – some may call them mistakes but they should see Picasso’s portraits.
